Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Technician role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Service Technician will perform routine and preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and carry out repairs on LV and MV Circuit Breakers. Responsibilities include troubleshooting faults, completing field service visits, documenting work performed, and ensuring equipment is restored to safe and efficient operation. The role involves direct interaction with customers, providing clear communication about service activities, timeframes, and recommendations. The Service Technician will follow safety procedures, coordinate with the internal team, and support continuous improvement of service quality and reliability.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance skills for electrical and electromechanical equipment.
Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to diagnose technical issues and identify effective repair solutions.
Candidates should possess Field Service skills, including working independently at customer sites and managing on-site tasks.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to communicate professionally, manage expectations, and build trust with clients.
Relevant technical education such as ITI, diploma, or equivalent in electrical or related fields.
Working knowledge of electrical safety standards and safe handling of tools and equipment.
Ability to read basic technical drawings or manuals and maintain clear service documentation.
Willingness to travel within the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area and work flexible hours when required.
