Transport: Two-way cab facility (Pickup and Drop)
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from UK customers.
Assist customers with telecom-related queries, services, plans, and billing.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally.
Communicate confidently and fluently in English.
Maintain customer satisfaction and follow quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent English-speaking and communication skills are mandatory.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in UK shifts and rotational week-offs.
