Role Description The MEP Manager role at BharatNext Projects Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The MEP Manager oversees Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities across project sites, including planning, coordination, and execution of all related works. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading MEP design reviews, coordinating with architects, structural engineers, and contractors, and ensuring that installations align with project specifications, codes, and safety standards. The role involves monitoring progress, resolving technical issues, managing procurement of MEP materials and equipment, and verifying quality through inspections and testing. The MEP Manager also prepares reports, supports budgeting and scheduling, and works closely with project stakeholders to ensure timely, efficient, and compliant delivery of MEP systems.
Qualifications
Strong skills in MEP Coordination and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including integration with civil and structural works.
Proficiency in Plumbing and other building services, with the ability to interpret layouts, drawings, and technical specifications.
Experience in MEP Design, including reviewing and validating designs for constructability, compliance, and performance.
Capability in Procurement related to MEP materials and equipment, including vendor evaluation and cost optimization.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant experience managing MEP works on medium to large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards applicable to MEP installations.
Effective project management, planning, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams and external partners.
Ability to work on-site full-time in Hyderabad and adapt to dynamic project conditions.
