WE ARE HIRING | REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (RSM)
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Salary: ₹12–15 LPA
Experience: 8+ Years
Qualification: B.Com or Equivalent
Industry: Building Materials – uPVC & Aluminium Doors/Windows, Structural Glazing, Railings and Invisible Grills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, recruit, and develop the regional sales team.
Drive sales targets, business expansion, and regional profitability.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and builders.
Manage regional P&L and report directly to the Director.
Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and team productivity.
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience specifically in the building materials industry.
At least 5 years of experience in the Hyderabad, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh markets.
Strong professional network with architects, interior designers, and builders.
Previous Regional Sales Manager experience will be preferred.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
