Handle multiple IT hiring requirements and prioritize effectively.
Source and identify relevant candidates through various recruitment channels.
Understand client requirements and current market talent availability.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.Maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
💻 What We’re Looking For4–9 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Strong hands-on experience in technical hiring.Good understanding of IT skills, profiles, and recruitment trends.Ability to understand requirements and identify the right talent.Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
