Tazawan Organic Farms is looking for 3-4 exceptional, entrepreneurial-minded BBA / MBA / B-School / Agri Business Students & Fresh Graduates to join us for a 4 - 6 month paid internship.
This is not a conventional internship. We are looking for high-potential people who want to understand how a real company is built — and potentially grow with the company over the long term.
WHY DOES TAZAWAN EXIST? Tazawan Organic Farms is building a regenerative food ecosystem connecting consumers with organic and natural food, farms, farmers and sustainable agriculture. Today, Farmers, Families and the Planet are facing connected problems
FARMERS facing Declining soil health, rising input costs, uncertain incomes and increasing dependence on conventional agricultural systems. Families increasingly fear pesticide and weedicide residues, food adulteration and unsafe ingredients. They also lack reliable traceability about where food comes from, how it was grown and who produced it. Degraded soils, chemical dependence, biodiversity loss, water stress and unsustainable food systems are putting increasing pressure on natural ecosystems

• 1,500+ prospective customer leads
• Network of 300+ farmers & farmer groups
• Experience across farming, retail, D2C and food distribution
These numbers are not the destination. They are the foundation we are building upon.
OUR 3-5 YEAR AMBITION:
Our ambition is much bigger than building another organic food store. Over the next 3-5 years, we envision Tazawan growing into a trusted regenerative food and natural-living brand, with:
• A strong network of farmers practising regenerative & natural farming
• Our own farms and a wider farmer ecosystem
• A network of Tazawan retail stores and franchise locations
• A strong D2C ecosystem reaching customers across India and beyond
• Presence across major marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms
• A growing B2B distribution network
• A wider portfolio of trusted food, grocery and natural-living products
• Strong traceability from Farm → Food → Family
• Taking India's regenerative and natural food story to a much larger market
What will you do?
You will work directly with the founder and take ownership of real business challenges across:
• Business development & sales
• Customer acquisition, activation & retention
• Marketing & growth experiments (Strong Content Marketing)
• D2C / e-commerce growth
• B2B sales & partnerships
• Customer analytics & CRM
• Amazon, IndiaMART & other marketplace launches
• Blinkit / quick-commerce opportunities
• Retail & community expansion
• Expos, events & offline growth
• Market research, competitor research & business strategy
• Identifying and testing new growth opportunities
You will not be given a fixed checklist every day. We want people who can identify problems, research, think, propose solutions, discuss, test and execute.

This is a 4 - 6 month paid internship with a potential pathway to become salaried full-time role.
High-performing interns can grow through: (Can become management team)
Intern → Full-Time Associate → Core Team → Management / Leadership → Business Partner / Founding Team
Depending on capability, ownership, leadership, consistency, long-term commitment and mutual fit, there may also be opportunities for:
• Management / leadership responsibilities
• Business partnership
• Founding-team / co-founder-level opportunities
• ESOP participation
These opportunities are earned through demonstrated performance and trust over time, not promised simply because someone joins as an intern.
💰 What we offer
Honorarium: ₹7,000–₹10,000 per month
This is an early-stage startup opportunity, so the initial compensation is modest. The value of this opportunity is the exposure, ownership, learning and possibility of building something meaningful from an early stage.
After 6 months, high-performing candidates may be considered for a salaried full-time position, based on performance and mutual fit.
📍 Practical Requirements
• Based in Hyderabad
• Able to work from the office and participate in field activities
• Own laptop
• Own two-wheeler for local business/field work
• Available for serious, consistent commitment during the internship
• Comfortable working in an evolving early-stage startup environment
Qualification: BBA / MBA / B-School / Agri Business Students or Fresh Graduates | Hyderabad
