Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lodhika for a Management Representative – Quality Management System (AS9100D). The role involves overseeing implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the AS9100D-compliant Quality Management System, including documenting processes, managing internal audits, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions. The Management Representative will monitor quality performance indicators, analyze nonconformities, and collaborate with production, engineering, and management teams to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. The position includes conducting QMS-related training, supporting customer quality audits and visits, and preparing reports for senior leadership on quality performance and system effectiveness. Daily responsibilities also include facilitating communication on quality standards, promoting a culture of quality, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues related to product quality and delivery.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to interpret quality data, identify root causes, and drive structured problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Customer service orientation with the ability to manage customer quality concerns, support audits, and maintain professional relationships.
Effective communication skills to coordinate across departments, prepare clear documentation, and present quality performance to leadership.
Experience delivering training on QMS procedures, standards, and best practices to cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of AS9100D or equivalent aerospace quality standards, and prior experience in aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with sales or commercial processes related to quality requirements, technical specifications, and customer contracts.
Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., internal auditing, CAPA, FMEA, control plans, risk management).
Diploma or degree in engineering, quality management, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Lodhika, collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
