Role Description The Engagement Manager – Digital Intelligence & AI will lead client engagements focused on AI-driven solutions, analytics, and digital transformation, serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. In this full-time hybrid role based in Noida, with some flexibility for work from home, the person will oversee project scoping, planning, and delivery, ensuring alignment between client objectives and technical teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, translating business needs into actionable AI and analytics initiatives, and presenting insights and recommendations to clients. The Engagement Manager will also contribute to solution design, support business development activities, and help refine consulting methodologies and best practices within Digital Intelligence & AI offerings.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, derive insights, and support AI and digital intelligence solutions.
Candidates should possess robust Project Management and Program Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor multiple client engagements and initiatives.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Consulting skills to engage stakeholders, gather requirements, present findings, and advise on strategic decisions.
Experience in AI, data analytics, or digital transformation projects, preferably in a consulting or client-facing environment.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Noida, collaborating effectively with onsite and remote teams.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, data science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated ability to build client relationships, manage expectations, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Familiarity with AI platforms, data visualization tools, or cloud technologies is an advantage.
