About the Role
We are looking for highly motivated, organised and people-focused interns to join Resurgir Consulting as Recruitment Assistants.
This internship is ideal for someone who:

You will work closely with our recruitment team to support talent sourcing, screening, and candidate management.
Key Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Assistant Intern, you will:
source candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, Facebook & WhatsApp groups
assist in building and updating candidate databases
conduct first-level screening calls
schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
help build and manage talent communities
support recruiters with daily administrative tasks
maintain organised CV folders and candidate records
You will be trained on all tasks — no prior experience is required.
