Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for MSME Loan Against Property (LAP) business roles. The candidate should have experience in sourcing and hiring frontline sales professionals for NBFCs, banks, or financial services.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end recruitment for MSME LAP sales positions.
Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, consultants, social media, and local market networks.
Hire Relationship Officers, Relationship Managers, Sales Managers, and Branch Managers.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely vacancy closure.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
Follow up with selected candidates to ensure offer acceptance and joining.
Track recruitment MIS, interview status, offer dropouts, and joining ratios.
Support salary negotiations, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.
Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.
Candidate Requirements :
Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR is preferred.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in NBFCs, banking, or financial services.
Experience hiring for MSME LAP, Loan Against Property, secured business loans, or SME lending is preferred.
Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Profile :
Candidates with experience in frontline sales hiring for NBFCs, microfinance institutions, or banks will be preferred.
