JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Electrical Engineer / Supervisor who can independently handle complete electrical work of residential buildings.
SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Complete knowledge of residential building electrification from slab to finishing.
2. Expertise in Slab Conduit Laying, Marking & Checking as per Drawing.
3. Material Management - Indenting, Stock Checking, and Material Planning.
4. Complete Site Supervision and Getting Work Done from Labour Contractors.
5. Client Coordination - Daily reporting and coordination with Clients, Architects & Builders.
6. On-Site Problem Solving and Quality Control.
7. Preparation and Understanding of As-Built Drawings.
8. DB Dressing, Wiring, Point Checking and Final Testing.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have handled at least 2-3 residential building projects independently.
- Must be able to take full charge and responsibility of the site.
- Good communication and team handling skills.
