Experiential Designer - Events & Exhibtions

Role Description The Experiential Designer – Events & Exhibitions is a part-time remote role responsible for designing immersive, brand-aligned event and exhibition environments. On a day-to-day basis, this role develops creative concepts, translates client briefs into design directions, and creates visual layouts, floor plans, and presentation decks that communicate the experience. The designer collaborates closely with internal teams and clients to refine concepts, select materials and fixtures, and ensure designs are feasible, on-brand, and aligned with budgets and timelines. Additional responsibilities include preparing production-ready files, coordinating with vendors or fabrication partners, and contributing to continuous improvement of design standards and templates.
Qualifications
Experience in experiential, event, or exhibition design, including creating concepts, spatial layouts, and visual storytelling.
Proficiency in relevant design tools
Skills in project coordination, time management, and working with remote teams and external partners.
Ability to interpret brand guidelines, client briefs, and audience needs into clear, cohesive design solutions.
Strong communication skills, including presenting concepts, incorporating feedback, and documenting design decisions.
Attention to detail in file preparation, specifications, and handover materials for production and implementation.
Experience in event production, staging, or fabrication processes is beneficial.
Relevant education or training in design, architecture, interior design, or a related field is preferred.
