Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Associate based in Thakurpukur. The role involves identifying and engaging potential buyers and tenants, conducting property visits, and explaining property features, pricing, and terms. The associate will handle client inquiries, maintain regular follow-up, and provide customer support throughout the sales process. Daily responsibilities include implementing sales and marketing campaigns, distributing promotional materials, coordinating local outreach activities, and updating basic records of leads and conversions. The role also requires collaborating with senior team members, participating in product and sales training, and supporting overall business development efforts.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and team members.
Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, build rapport, and ensure a positive client experience.
Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to generate leads, convert prospects, and support promotional activities.
Ability to learn quickly and participate in Training related to products, sales processes, and compliance.
Basic understanding of real estate or willingness to learn; prior experience in sales or field marketing is an advantage.
Comfort with on-site client meetings in Thakurpukur and nearby areas; ability to work flexible hours when needed.
Proficiency in local language and English for client communication; basic computer skills for maintaining records.
Minimum high school education; higher education in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
