Role Description The Social Media Marketing Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Anand, with flexibility for some work-from-home. This role involves planning and executing social media campaigns across multiple platforms to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing content calendars, coordinating with designers and copywriters, publishing posts, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on analytics. The Social Media Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align social media initiatives with broader digital marketing strategies and business goals. The role also includes managing community interactions, responding to audience queries, and staying current with social media trends and platform updates.
Qualifications
Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing campaigns across major platforms.
Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy aligned with brand and performance objectives.
Digital Marketing knowledge, including basic understanding of paid advertising, analytics, and performance tracking.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional stakeholder management.
Experience with social media analytics tools and dashboards (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics, third-party tools).
Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign outcomes.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role within an agency or tech-driven environment is preferred.
