Role description
This is a full - time job, long term remote role for medical scribe/medical assistant. The medical scribe will be responsible for documenting patient encounters, medical histories and procedures, as well as maintaining accurate records of patient care. Additionally the medical scribe will assist the healthcare provider with patient care management, communicating with other healthcare providers and ensuring that all the information related to patient care is accurate and complete.
Qualifications
Must reside in Costa Rica.
Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) is required.
Medical background or healthcare-related experience (Nursing, Nutrition, Physical Therapy, Medical Interpretation, or related fields).
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
Ability to create accurate and detailed medical documentation.
Ability to work under pressure.
Professionalism, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in computer skills.
