Interior Designer

Role Description The Interior Designer at bludesign will collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop functional, aesthetically pleasing design concepts for residential and commercial spaces. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, involving regular coordination with architects, contractors, and vendors throughout the design and execution process. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating mood boards, layouts, and 3D visualizations; preparing detailed construction and design documentation; selecting materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment; and ensuring designs align with budgets, timelines, and regulatory requirements. The Interior Designer will conduct site visits for measurements and quality checks, manage project schedules, and support procurement and installation activities to deliver projects from concept through completion.
Qualifications
Ability to perform effective Space Planning to optimize functionality, circulation, and usability of interior environments.
Foundational understanding of Architecture principles to coordinate structural elements with interior layouts and design details.
Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings for contractors and vendors, including plans, elevations, and detailed sections.
Strong Interior Design skills, including concept development, material selection, color schemes, and styling.
Experience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, specification, and coordination with overall design intent.
Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools, along with basic proficiency in MS Office.
Attention to detail, strong visual communication skills, and the ability to present design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
Effective time management and project coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior studio or on-site project experience is preferred.
