Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Preet Vihar. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build strong relationships with clients and partners in the construction and infrastructure sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, preparing and delivering presentations, coordinating meetings, and managing the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure. The role involves regular follow-ups, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborating with technical and operations teams to align client requirements with service offerings. The Business Development Executive will also contribute to proposals, support contract negotiations, and provide input on market trends to refine business development strategies.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities.
Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and support long-term engagements.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and proposal development.
Candidates should have familiarity with construction, real estate, or infrastructure sectors; experience in consulting or assurance services is an advantage.
Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Candidates should have the ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred.
