Senior Recruiter - Leadership & Professional Search

About AlphaGov
AlphaGov is the government and public-sector division of Casa Moon LLC. We support workforce decisions through recruiting, executive search, workforce planning, and workforce intelligence.
We are connecting with experienced recruiters for upcoming leadership and professional search engagements. AlphaGov is currently pursuing six government executive and senior leadership search contracts.
Private-sector recruiting experience is welcome. Government experience is preferred, not required.
The Opportunity
Help identify, engage, and recruit qualified candidates for management, director-level, executive, and specialized professional positions.
Your responsibilities may include full-cycle recruiting or selected stages of a search, depending on your strengths and the assignment. We welcome recruiters with expertise in one or several functions, including operations, finance, human resources, technology, engineering, administration, and infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
Translate client hiring requirements into practical recruiting and sourcing plans.
Find and engage candidates through direct outreach, professional networks, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
Conduct screening interviews and assess relevant experience, qualifications, and interest.
Prepare candidate summaries and present qualified applicants.
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and maintain candidate communication.
Track recruiting activity and keep candidate records current.
Provide timely updates on pipeline progress and recruiting challenges.
Support reference checks, offer coordination, and placement follow-through as assigned.
Collaborate with AlphaGov’s search leads and project team.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Experience recruiting professional, management, leadership, or specialized talent.
Ability to engage candidates who are not actively seeking a new position.
Strong interviewing, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
Ability to manage competing priorities and follow through with candidates and colleagues.
Careful handling of confidential information.
Preferred Experience
Government, public-sector, nonprofit, or higher-education recruiting.
Executive, director-level, or hard-to-fill professional placements.
Full-cycle recruiting and direct client or hiring-manager interaction.
Experience managing multiple searches.
Agency recruiters, in-house recruiters, RPO professionals, independent recruiters, and executive search associates are encouraged to apply. You do not need experience in every industry or function listed.
