ESaaS - MSD -Functional - D365 ERP Project Manager/Scrum Master

Design end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance & Operations, and Power Platform.
Conduct business requirement workshops and translate requirements into scalable solution designs.
Define integration architecture involving Azure, Power Platform, ERP, CRM, and third-party applications.
Review functional and technical designs to ensure alignment with best practices.
Provide governance on security, scalability, performance, and compliance requirements.
This role combines Solution Architecture (40%) + Project Management (35%) + Scrum Master responsibilities (25%) to ensure successful Dynamics 365 program delivery.

Own project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resource planning.
Manage project delivery from initiation through deployment and hyper-care support.
Track milestones, dependencies, and project health metrics.
Drive stakeholder communication, steering committee reviews, and executive reporting.
Ensure adherence to project governance and quality standards.
Scrum Master Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Remove impediments impacting team productivity.
Maintain product backlog and support prioritization with Product Owners.
Track velocity, sprint metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum best practices.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for business and IT stakeholders.
Provide strategic guidance and recommendations aligned with business objectives.
Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues and risks.
Support pre-sales activities, solution estimation, and proposal development.
