Job Description
We are looking for experienced Senior AI Leads to drive the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidates should have strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and AI application architecture, along with proven technical leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and development of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
Design and implement multi-agent systems and LLM-powered applications.
Build scalable AI applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.
Drive end-to-end AI solution development, from design and prototyping to production deployment.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms.
Optimize AI performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across AI projects.
Required Skills
10+ years of overall IT experience.
Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLMs.
Expertise in Python and AI application development.
Experience designing and deploying production-grade AI solutions.
Strong understanding of LLM architecture, RAG, and AI agent workflows.
Experience with cloud platforms and scalable application deployment.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
