Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers in the US market.
Promote and pitch products or services to prospective customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Maintain accurate customer records and update interactions in the CRM system.
Deliver a professional, positive, and customer-focused experience throughout the sales process.
Candidate Requirements
Excellent spoken English and listening skills.
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
A confident, enthusiastic, and sales-oriented personality.
A target-driven mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
Flexibility to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
Freshers are welcome; prior experience in an international BPO or voice process will be an added advantage.
