What You’ll Do
Take ownership of the operational delivery of international events, exhibitions and networking events from planning through execution.
Manage multiple events simultaneously, keeping full visibility over deadlines, priorities, dependencies and risks.
Coordinate suppliers, venues, production partners and organisers, ensuring everything is delivered on time and to a high standard.
Manage event logistics, including stand production, materials, printing, shipments, passes, hotels and onsite requirements.
Maintain clear project plans, timelines and operational documentation and proactively follow up on outstanding actions.
Identify potential issues early, solve problems independently and escalate critical risks before they impact delivery.
Take ownership of onsite operations, including build-up, suppliers, materials, staffing and troubleshooting.
Work closely with the Event Lead to translate event strategy and concepts into smooth, high-quality execution.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in event coordination/management, ideally with international exhibitions and trade shows.
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events, workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
A highly proactive and ownership-driven mindset — you anticipate what needs to happen rather than wait for instructions.
Strong experience coordinating suppliers, production, logistics and onsite operations.
Excellent deadline management and follow-through — you actively track outstanding actions and make sure things get completed without reminders.
Excellent attention to detail, while maintaining a clear view of the bigger picture.
Ability to remain calm, structured and solution-oriented under pressure, including during last-minute changes and unexpected situations.
Strong problem-solving and prioritisation skills, with the confidence to make decisions independently and escalate when necessary.
Comfortable working with budgets, quotations and suppliers, with good commercial awareness and attention to costs.
Excellent English communication skills and confidence working with international stakeholders, venues, suppliers and partners.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone we can trust to own their projects from start to finish — someone who follows through, meets deadlines, identifies risks early and keeps things moving without constant supervision.
