Role Description:
The Product Manager (Retail/e-commerce) will lead the planning, development, and lifecycle management of software products and platforms, ensuring they align with business goals and client needs.
This full-time on-site role, based in Raipur, involves gathering and prioritizing requirements, defining product roadmaps, and collaborating closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams. The individual will oversee feature scoping, release planning, and performance tracking, using data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitor analysis, translating business objectives into clear product specifications, coordinating cross-functional execution, managing stakeholder expectations, and supporting go-to-market strategies.
The Product Manager will also ensure that products meet quality, scalability, and security standards consistent with EZ GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES’ global delivery practices.
Qualifications:
Product management skills, including product lifecycle ownership, roadmap planning, and requirements gathering.
Experience collaborating with software engineering, UI/UX design, and QA teams to deliver digital products.
Strong analytical and research skills for market analysis, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to define clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of custom software, SaaS, mobile apps, and cloud-based solutions; familiarity with agile methodologies is an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around shared goals.
Proven aptitude for prioritization, time management, and handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent product leadership experience is a plus.
Experience in B2B/B2C technology or IT consulting environments and exposure to international markets (US, UK, UAE) is beneficial.
