Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Executive – Production to manage production activities for events, exhibitions, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of production processes, vendor management, technical drawings, materials, and on-site execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables within defined budgets and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Cost Management: Ensure production activities are completed at the minimum possible cost while maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to project timelines.
Vendor Development & Management: Build, develop, and maintain a reliable vendor base for production requirements, ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
Technical Understanding & Design Execution: Interpret production drawings, technical files, design guidelines, design aesthetics, material specifications, and build requirements to ensure accurate execution of approved concepts.
Factory & On-site Supervision: Conduct regular factory visits and on-site inspections to monitor production progress, verify accuracy, and ensure adherence to approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
Production Partner Coordination: Maintain regular coordination with vendors, fabricators, manufacturers, contractors, and other production partners to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Quality Control: Monitor production quality, material selection, fabrication, finishing, and installation to ensure deliverables meet the required standards and client expectations.
On-site Execution & Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong presence of mind and the ability to identify challenges and implement practical, on-the-spot solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with internal creative, design, marketing, and project teams to ensure production output aligns with the approved brief and overall project objectives.
Timeline & Delivery Management: Track production schedules, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery, installation, and completion of projects.
Desired Skills & Competencies

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production files.
