About The Role:
BVNK is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our Legal team. This newly created role is an immediate need designed to support the Legal Department as the company navigates a period of expanded cross-functional legal demands. You will own and drive these essential corporate governance functions, serving as a go-to resource for teams across the organization who depend on Legal to move quickly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update subsidiary records, corporate books, and entity management databases
Assist with miscellaneous corporate governance and compliance activities
Handle document management, routine corporate filings, and related administrative tasks
Support cross-functional teams—including Finance, Tax, Sales, HR, Payroll, and Benefits—with corporate legal requests
Provide general departmental support to ensure timely, high-quality legal services across the organization
Role Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution
3+ years of corporate paralegal experience, preferably in an in-house legal department or corporate law firm
Solid working knowledge of corporate governance, entity management, and compliance processes
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across Finance, HR, Tax, and other teams
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all documentation
Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision, while knowing when to escalate
