Whether you're bringing previous sales experience or transitioning from another customer-focused industry, we'll provide the training and guidance to help you learn the business, develop your skills, and work toward your goals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Reach out to prospective customers through provided leads, referrals, and outbound calls
- Learn about customers' needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage
- Prepare quotes and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell coverage and generate referrals
- Develop lasting customer relationships through consistent communication
- Work toward sales goals and contribute to agency growth
- Participate in ongoing coaching and product training
WHAT MAKES SOMEONE SUCCESSFUL HERE?
- Enjoys meeting new people and building relationships
- Motivated by sales goals, achievement, and earning potential
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads
- Handles rejection with persistence and a positive attitude
- Willing to learn, accept coaching, and improve
- Takes initiative and follows through on commitments
- Previous experience in sales, retail, banking, hospitality, automotive, or customer service is a plus
- Insurance licensing preferred, or willingness to obtain the required licenses
- Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply
