Summary Of Responsibilities
Performs diversified accounting and valuation assignments under the supervision of professionals.
Prepares reports and participates in client interviews.
Essential Position Responsibilities
Performs all phases of a valuation engagement including prep, workpapers, and report writing.
Prepares management interview questions and participates in interviews.
Performs math checks.
Participates in webinars and technical learning opportunities.
Adapts to processes and final improvement opportunities.
Ensures timely and accurate performance on assigned projects.
Maintains compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines.
Education And Work Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.
Experience in accounting or business valuations preferred.
Knowledge And Skills
Knowledge of accounting principles and business valuation methodologies.
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients.
Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and using various software
packages.
