Learning And Development Specialist

Role Description This part-time, remote Learning and Development Specialist role at Laboratório Biomed TGA focuses on designing, delivering, and evaluating learning initiatives for team members. The specialist will assess training needs, create instructional materials, and manage virtual training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with subject matter experts, maintaining and updating learning content, and supporting leaders with coaching and development resources. The role also involves monitoring learning metrics, gathering feedback, and recommending improvements to enhance performance and engagement. The specialist is expected to work closely with HR and operational teams to align learning programs with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Strong Training & Development skills, including experience planning, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
Proficiency in Learning Management, with the ability to use learning management systems (LMS) and track learner progress.
Experience in Instructional Design, including creating engaging, accessible, and outcome-focused learning materials.
Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and facilitate virtual and live sessions.
Coaching skills to support individual development plans and provide constructive, ongoing feedback.
Experience working in a remote environment, with strong time management and self-organization abilities.
Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and virtual meeting platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience in healthcare, laboratory, or regulated environments is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and maintain a learner-centered, inclusive approach.
