Baptist Health is hiring a Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Baptist Nassau in Fernandina Beach, FL. This is a full-time day shift opportunity. Scheduled shifts 7:00am -7:00pm.

Registered Nurse Job Responsibilities:
Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients requiring treatment for medical, surgical, and emergent conditions.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and care plans.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Coordinate care with ancillary services to support optimal outcomes.
Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring safety and satisfaction.
Participate in staff meetings, unit-based initiatives, and continuous quality improvement.

Registered Nurse Experience:
1–2 years Medical Surgical Nursing Experience (required)
Telemetry Experience (required)
Emergency Department Experience (preferred)
Hospital Experience (required)
Registered Nurse Education & Credential Requirements:
Associate of Science in Nursing (required)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
Licensed Registered Nurse (required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) (required)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) (preferred)
Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN), TNCC, NIHSS (preferred)
