At Howdens, we are looking for an experienced Kitchen Installation Manager to be based in Ireland and overseeing kitchen installations. This is an excellent opportunity for a site based professional who enjoys working out in the field, managing multiple regional projects, building strong relationships, and ensuring installations are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
What you'll be doing
As a Kitchen Installation Manager, you'll be the key link between our customers, site teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring every installation runs smoothly from pre-start through to completion.
You'll be responsible for:
Managing multiple live installation projects across Ireland
Leading and coordinating Howdens-approved fitting teams and subcontractors on site
Conducting pre-start meetings and ensuring projects are set up for success from day one
Ensuring all installations meet Howdens' high standards of quality, safety, and customer service
Building strong working relationships with Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Contracts Managers, and depot teams
Monitoring progress on site, resolving issues quickly, and keeping projects on track
Supporting the National Contracts Installation Manager with the successful delivery of installations across the region
Promoting a strong health and safety culture across all sites
What we're looking for
We're keen to speak to individuals with experience managing kitchen installations or construction projects within the kitchen industry.
You'll ideally have:
kitchen experience or experience managing product installations, fit-out projects, or construction activities on site.
Strong knowledge of site health and safety requirements
The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans
Excellent organisational and project coordination skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
A customer-focused approach with high attention to detail
The confidence to lead teams and influence positive outcomes on site
A full UK driving licence
