Position: Marketing Executive Warehouse Leasing
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads for warehouse and industrial space leasing through digital and offline
channels
Promote available warehouse properties via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and broker
networks
Prepare and share proposals, presentations, and property details with clients
Coordinate with developers and property owners for accurate warehouse data
Assist the business development team in client acquisition and deal closures
Maintain and update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and deal status
Conduct market research on warehouse trends PAN India, rentals, and competitor activity
Support branding and marketing campaigns specific to logistics and industrial sector
Build strong relationships with developers, clients, and logistics companies
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
1-3 years of experience in real estate or B2B marketing (warehousing preferred)
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Knowledge of industrial/warehouse leasing is an added advantage
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and email marketing
Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel for site coordination

Bhiwandi, Thane
Salary :
4 LPA + attractive incentives based on deal closures and lead conversions
