FanToPark Play - learning to play it the right way India does not have enough qualified coaches, and the ones it has are rarely treated as professionals. FanToPark Play changes that. We employ, train and deploy professional coaches across sports, bringing structured coaching to children and adults at their doorstep - in residential societies and schools across Delhi NCR today, and across India tomorrow.
FanToPark Travel & Experiences - living it up close We wish to change the way Indian fans experience sport around the world - from a ticket and a hotel to an experience built around the fan. FanToPark Travel & Experiences takes fans and corporates to the biggest stages in global sport with official access, premium hospitality and a team that has done this at every marquee event on the calendar. We are one of the ICC's Official Travel Agents and the F1 Experiences Partner for India, and every year we take Indian fans to the Grand Slams, the Premier League and Europe's biggest football clubs, the Formula 1 calendar, the Ashes, India's overseas tours, the IPL and the FIFA World Cup.

About the Role
FanToPark Play deploys sports coaches with residential societies and schools, bringing quality coaching closer to home. We are looking for someone to own the customer journey from first enquiry to onboarding. You will work closely with the Business Development and Coach teams to make sure every customer has a smooth experience with Play.
Job Description
Engage with all incoming leads, understand their coaching needs and convert them into customers.
Ensure free trials are completed and lead to enrolments.
Onboard new customers and ensure service delivery as promised.
Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and resolve issues quickly.
Coordinate with internal teams to keep schedules, coaches and customers aligned.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report on conversions and service status.
Gather customer feedback to improve our service delivery.
