Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Program Manager role based in Bareilly. The Program Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of training programs, coordinating with academic partners, trainers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Responsibilities include planning program timelines, organizing sessions, managing student enrollment and communication, and tracking learning outcomes and placement progress. The role involves monitoring program quality, collecting feedback, generating performance reports, and ensuring alignment with TrainX’s standards and partner expectations. The Program Manager will also support continuous improvement of program design, contribute to operations process optimization, and collaborate with the product and corporate teams to enhance learner and client experience.
Qualifications
Program and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and risk tracking.
Strong operational and organizational capabilities for managing multiple cohorts, data, and reporting activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, faculty, corporate partners, and internal teams.
Analytical skills to interpret performance data, monitor KPIs, and support data-informed decision-making.
Comfort with technology platforms, online learning tools, and basic proficiency with productivity and collaboration software.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of outcomes, and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
Prior experience in education, training operations, or program management is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as engineering, business, education, or management) or equivalent practical experience.
