PAXAFE builds risk intelligence for the cold chain. Our platform, CONTXT, takes location and condition data from the trackers and loggers our customers already use and turns it into decisions: which shipments and lanes are at risk, whether a shipment will arrive on time and in full, and how to handle passive logger temperature data without manual work. We are a Series A company backed by M12, Microsoft's venture fund.
The role
This is a remote role open to candidates in the US and Europe. As a Solutions Consultant, you own the technical side of a customer from the first discovery call through go-live. You gather requirements, design how CONTXT fits into the customer's operation, and run the implementation with our product and engineering teams. You report to the Head of Solutions & Customer Success.
What you'll do
Run discovery calls and technical workshops with shippers, carriers, and logistics partners
Turn requirements into a solution design: data flows, device and logger integrations, and connections to TMS, WMS, and ERP systems
Configure CONTXT for each customer and run pilots and proofs of concept
Document configurations, integrations, and decisions so anyone on the team can pick them up
Troubleshoot integration and data issues with customers and engineering
Bring what you see in the field back to product
What we're looking for
Experience in a client-facing technical role: solutions consulting, systems analysis, implementation, or support engineering
A track record of gathering requirements and turning them into a design that both the customer and engineering sign off on
Comfort with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON. SQL or scripting is a plus
Experience in supply chain or logistics software, especially IoT tracking, condition monitoring, or cold chain visibility
Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences, in writing and on calls
You work well independently on a remote team
Degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience
