🚀 Hiring: Senior Manager (EPM / Anaplan)
📍 Location: Gurugram | Mumbai | Bangalore | Hyderabad
💼 Experience: 12+ Years
🛠️ Preferred Technology: Anaplan & Tagetik
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end EPM implementations from requirement gathering and solution design through deployment and go-live.
Drive Anaplan-led EPM solutions; experience with SAP, or Tagetik is also considered.
Manage relationships with CXOs and senior business stakeholders.
Translate business requirements around FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting into scalable EPM solutions.
Lead, mentor, and develop Managers and Consultants within the EPM practice.
Contribute to pre-sales, proposals, solution shaping, and client presentations.
Support business development and identify opportunities for EPM transformation.
Required Skills & Experience
12+ years of experience
At least 2 end-to-end EPM implementations.
Strong Anaplan / Tagetik experience is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and team leadership experience.
Experience managing large or multi-workstream transformation programs.
Preferred Qualifications
Anaplan Model Builder / Solution Architect certification
