Role Description The Technical Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves providing technical support for networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and hardware solutions, including diagnosing issues, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents for enterprise clients. The Technical Specialist will assist in implementing and configuring network and security infrastructures, performing system health checks, and supporting VAPT-related activities under guidance. Daily responsibilities include responding to service requests, documenting technical findings, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to service-level commitments. The role also includes engaging with customers in a professional manner, explaining technical solutions clearly, and contributing to continuous improvement of support processes and knowled
ge bases.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to diagnose, prioritize, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Effective communication skills to explain technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven troubleshooting and technical support skills for networking, security, and IT infrastructure environments.
Customer service orientation, with the ability to manage expectations and maintain positive client relationships.
Working knowledge of enterprise networking, cybersecurity fundamentals, and cloud or server environments.
Familiarity with major OEM platforms (e.g., SOPHOS,Fortinet,Palolato , Cisco, HPE Aruba,)is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
Relevant industry certifications (such as CCNA, Network+, Security+, or vendor-specific credentials) are preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
