Role Description The Autocad Designer role at Fortunity Global is a full-time, on-site position based in Kanpur Nagar. The Autocad Designer will create, modify, and update detailed 2D and 3D drawings, including architectural and construction drawings, in accordance with project requirements and relevant standards. Daily tasks include interpreting design briefs, collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers, and ensuring that all drawings are accurate, compliant, and ready for implementation. The role involves space planning, preparing layout plans, coordinating changes based on feedback, and maintaining organized documentation of all design files. The Autocad Designer will also participate in project meetings, communicate progress and challenges, and support continuous improvement in design workflows.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings, with the ability to interpret and translate design concepts into precise technical plans.
Proficiency in Drawing and Space Planning to develop efficient, functional layouts and detailed design documentation.
Effective Communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, understand requirements, and present design updates clearly.
Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and related design software; familiarity with industry standards and building codes is beneficial.
Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience in on-site coordination or exposure to construction environments is an advantage.
