Head of Product, RWA Tokenization

What you will do
Product management
Set and maintain the platform roadmap across issuance, administration, distribution and analytics, prioritizing against issuer demand, regulatory change and engineering capacity.
Translate commercial and regulatory requirements into product specifications: subscription and redemption flows, NAV publication, whitelisting, pause and compliance controls, and build the issuer and investor reporting that keeps every product's performance and reserves transparent.
Technical oversight
Oversee architecture, development, security and release processes across smart contracts, custody integrations and backend, including separation of duties, multisig governance and access-key policies for each issuance.
Own release gates, audits and incident procedures so nothing reaches mainnet unreviewed.
Vendor and partner delivery
Select, onboard and manage technology vendors (integrators, custodians, auditors, oracle and data providers), and hold them to agreed scope, timelines and budget within Board-approved limits.
Business development and distribution
Identify and develop issuer, partner and distribution opportunities, and support commercial negotiations.
Design token structure and economics for each issuance, backed by models of returns, incentives, liquidity and comparables, and run launch execution through token generation events and allocation.
Activate distribution: integrate tokens into NEAR Intents, Morpho vaults, DEXs and lending markets to build secondary depth.
Board and strategy
Give the Board strategic input on product, technology and commercial direction, report on delivery, issuance and distribution depth, and own your numbers.
Build the product, deployment and distribution playbook and grow the team as issuance volume scales.
What we are looking for
Ten or more years across consulting, finance and crypto, including product leadership on a live DeFi protocol, ideally a DEX: owning the roadmap, coordinating ten or more engineers from conception to launch, and driving integrations and growth. You have shipped live products, not just written specifications.
A record of turning operational and regulatory requirements into documented procedures (whitelisting, pause controls, governance) that pass independent process-quality review.
Comfort operating inside a regulated, compliance-heavy structure, and the judgement to build within constraints rather than treat them as obstacles.
Proven experience deploying capital and products on-chain, such as running a book of $50M or more across multiple chains and protocols under a formal risk framework.
Experience designing tokenomics and coordinating token generation events, including launches that sustained meaningful market caps.
Fluency across DEXs, lending and vault protocols (e.g. Morpho) and intents/solver infrastructure (e.g. NEAR Intents), ideally having built on them.
Structured delivery: managing large IT budgets, multi-project portfolios and vendor delivery, with experience presenting roadmaps to executives and boards.
Commercial credibility to source issuers and partners and close institutional counterparties.
Hands-on with data and analytics, plus working Python, JavaScript and Rust, enough to review architecture and challenge engineering.
Fluent English. French is a plus.
Bonus points
Founder or COO experience building and running a venture, including fundraising.
Built analytics or data tooling for on-chain markets, used by institutional clients.
Relationships with market makers, liquidity providers, data aggregators and DeFi venue teams.
Big Four consulting or transaction-services grounding in institutional delivery.
Mentoring or accelerator experience with early-stage teams.
