This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! As Senior Manager, Talent & Workforce Planning, Americas you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the Talent & Leadership Development, Americas team, reporting to the Director, Talent & Leadership Development, Americas, you will drive talent strategy through talent review preparation, succession management, leadership pipelines, analytics, and enterprise talent programs across the Americas.
What you'll do during a typical day:
Develop and maintain talent review tools, talent profiles, dashboards, analytics, and executive-ready reporting in the Americas.
Monitor and analyze talent, succession, mobility, and workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and areas of opportunity.
Prepare materials, insights, and recommendations that support talent discussions, calibration activities, and leadership decision-making.
Track talent health metrics and leadership pipeline readiness to inform development and succession actions.
Support the administration and execution of GM, hotel leader, and functional talent review processes.
Coordinate leadership development program activities and reporting in partnership with HR Operations leaders.
How you'll collaborate with others:
Lead partnership with Operations, and business leaders across the Americas to drive talent reviews, succession planning, leadership pipelines, and workforce planning strategies.
Deliver talent insights, workforce forecasts, dashboards, and executive reporting to inform talent and decisions.
Advise senior leaders by translating talent data and workforce trends into actionable recommendations and strategic workforce plans.
Align talent review and workforce planning outcomes with leadership development programs, including SHINE, MDP, LEAD, and other critical talent investments.
Collaborate with global and regional partners to ensure consistent talent practices, share best practices, and advance enterprise talent and workforce planning priorities.
Projects You'll take ownership of:
GM and hotel talent review decks, dashboards, and reporting, including readiness, movement, risk, and succession health.
Actionable talent insights and recommendations that inform succession decisions, development investments, and talent strategies.
Standardized talent data, reporting frameworks, and governance practices that drive consistency and transparency across the region.
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
Five (5) years of experience in talent management, workforce planning, talent analytics, HR strategy, consulting, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to influence talent and workforce decisions.
It would be useful if you have:
