Junior Cash Analyst

The Role: Working within the Treasury team, the Junior Cash Analyst will be responsible for managing a number of bank accounts and ensuring cash transactions are accurately processed and reconciled.
Key Responsibilities:
Electronically downloading bank statements for a large number of companies
Running a programme to match store takings to cash deposited on the bank statements
Following up internally and with the cash centres on any missing cash or discrepancies
Raising supplier and other payments via various methods
Posting other cash received, charges and any other entries on the statements to the accounting system
Reconciling bank statements on a daily and monthly basis
Various other cash and bank related matters
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) would be advantageous.
Highly adaptable with good interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate across all levels both internally and externally
Attention to detail is essential
Fluent in English both verbally and written
Ability to work well under pressure and with an enthusiastic approach
Good excel including sumifs, vlookups, and pivot tables and confident in learning new systems
