Marketplace Development Lead

About the Team
At Trendyol Core Commerce, we build innovative, data-driven strategies that power sustainable growth and global expansion.
From seller experience to new market launches, we turn insights into action—fast. Our cross-functional teams shape the future of commerce with bold ideas, real-time impact, and a deep sense of ownership. In a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we grow together — as individuals and as a team.
The Romania Marketplace Development Lead will coordinate the outsourced seller-development operation responsible for driving the growth of small and medium-sized sellers on Trendyol. Operating as a hands-on individual contributor, the ideal candidate will connect local market intelligence, category priorities, and commercial goals with disciplined frontline execution. This role monitors partner performance standards, guides external agency teams, and translates marketplace benchmarking into scalable seller-growth initiatives. Highly commercial and data-driven, the Lead will exercise clear ownership over measurable seller and marketplace performance outcomes without direct internal line-management responsibilities.
