Job Title: Commis Chef – Asian / Chinese Cuisine (Catering)
Location: Gurgaon
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)
Job Description:
We are a catering company in Gurgaon looking for a Commis Chef with good experience in Asian and Chinese cooking.
Responsibilities:
Cook Chinese, Thai and Pan-Asian dishes (noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, chilli dishes, dim sum, Thai curries, sauces)
Bulk cooking for events, parties and large orders
Daily prep: chopping, marination and mise en place
Maintain the same taste and quality in every batch
Keep the kitchen clean and follow hygiene and FSSAI standards
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in a Chinese or Asian kitchen
Good wok handling and knife skills
Comfortable with bulk cooking and late event hours
Trained freshers can also apply
