Frappe Developer

Job Summary
XAD Group of Companies is seeking a skilled and motivated Frappe / ERPNext Developer to develop, customize, maintain, and optimize ERPNext applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the Frappe Framework, ERPNext modules, and payroll-related workflows, along with strong programming, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain applications using the Frappe Framework and ERPNext.
Configure, manage, and optimize ERPNext modules according to business requirements.
Customize payroll, HR, and employee management workflows.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, system scripts, and customized functionalities.
Create and manage DocTypes, custom fields, client scripts, server scripts, and workflows.
Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and system performance problems.
Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand requirements and implement effective ERP solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and smooth integration of customized features.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with the Frappe Framework and ERPNext development.
Practical experience with the ERPNext Payroll module and HR-related workflows.
Good knowledge of Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
Experience in developing and customizing DocTypes, custom fields, scripts, and workflows.
Understanding of ERPNext configuration, reporting, dashboards, and system customization.
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, manage tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience implementing and maintaining ERPNext solutions in a business environment.
Familiarity with HR operations, payroll processing, and employee management systems.
Salary and Benefits
Salary: PKR 90,000 – 100,000 per month.
Work Arrangement: Remote / Work From Home.
