About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
Automaark is hiring a Technical Product Manager.
Automaark is a technology and growth company. We build software, AI systems, and the marketing infrastructure that supports them, for clients across different industries. We build and maintain multiple client products at once, with more in the pipeline, so you'll move between real engagements as they come in, not sit on one product forever.
What you'd work on:
• Owning client products from discovery to launch and beyond: turning business goals into clear requirements, scope and priorities.
• Writing specs, user stories and acceptance criteria that engineers can build from without guessing.
• Working closely with backend, frontend and design to make technical trade-offs, sequence work and unblock delivery.
• Running sprints, managing backlogs and keeping several client products moving at the same time.
• Being the link between clients and the engineering team: setting expectations, managing scope changes and reporting progress honestly.
What we're looking for:
• 3+ years in product management, with at least part of that on software products you helped ship.
• Enough technical understanding to work with engineers as an equal: you can follow how APIs, databases and integrations work, ask the right questions, and spot when an estimate or approach doesn't add up.
• Attention to detail. Begin your answer to the product problem question in the form with the word Scope.
• Experience writing clear PRDs, specs and acceptance criteria, and owning a backlog end to end.
• Comfort managing more than one product or client at a time without losing track of either.
• Evidence of decisions you made on trade-offs, not just features you delivered.
• Strong written communication with both clients and engineers.
Good to have: experience on AI or automation products, payments or third-party integrations, agency or client-services environments, and tools like ClickUp, Jira, Figma or Postman.
Full time. Remote.
