faff handles the everyday tasks that eat up our users' time. Our content is how more people find out we exist, and we'd like it to sound like us, not like an ad.
The Role
You'll make sure everything ships, everywhere, on time, and sounding like us. It's hands-on, and taste matters more than polish. You'll own the posting calendar, edit reels and captions, keep the comments and DMs feeling human, and pitch ideas of your own. You'll work directly with our growth lead and co-founders.
What you'll do
Own the posting calendar
Create content for instagram: carousels, story highlights, re-cuts, thumbnails
Editing: reels, captions, covers. Good enough beats perfect, shipped beats both
Engage with the audience in a way that the page feels like people, not a brand
Track what shipped and how it performed
Pitch your own ideas and own your projects
Who you are
You've made content that shipped: a portfolio, a meme page, a fest page, a youtube channel. anything end to end counts
You live on socials and have opinions about why some posts blow up and most don't
You're comfy with capcut (or similar), canva, instagram native everything, and google sheets
You're fast and scrappy, and comfortable with "post it today"
You're warm, a little chaotic, and allergic to sales-y comms
You use ai to move faster, not to replace your own ideas.

Experience: 0-2 years in the content marketing
Compensation: ₹20-35k/month, based on experience
Schedule: 6 days a week
