• Managing a set of Channel Partners
• Ensure SOP adherence by all the assigned Partners for Customer Acquisition, retention an Store Operations.
• Training to improve staff productivity and Quality
• Execute various sales strategies & programs in collaboration with Channel Partners to achieve sales target
• Execute sales promotion activities to acquire new customers- like BTL Elements, Promotional Campaigns, Mall Activation Events • Manage on ground fleet of Promoters of assigned territory
• Corporate Tie-ups to generate new revenue streams.
• Identify new ways of customer acquisition at the stores and roll out new offers for them.
