Role Description The Motion Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. In this role, the designer will create motion graphics and animated assets for digital campaigns, social media, advertisements, and brand presentations. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing visual ideas, designing storyboards, producing and editing video content, and integrating typography, illustrations, and graphics into motion design. The Motion Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and account teams to ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The role also involves managing project timelines, preparing files for various platforms, and staying current with industry trends and motion design techniques.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital and advertising content.
Proficiency in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and basic sound integration.
Competence in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for both static and animated assets.
Experience with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop or equivalents).
Ability to translate creative briefs into clear visual concepts and storyboards.
Attention to detail, strong sense of timing, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, video projects, and graphic design work.
