As a US IT Recruiter at AIFA Solutions, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging qualified IT professionals for various US-based client requirements, primarily focusing on full-time W-2 positions. You will work closely with account managers and clients to identify suitable candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Understand US IT job requirements and hiring needs from account managers and clients.
Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, work authorization, availability, and salary expectations.
Engage with both active and passive candidates to identify suitable talent.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients.
Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment tracking systems.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
1–3 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.
Experience recruiting for full-time W-2 positions.
Good understanding of the US IT hiring process and recruitment practices.
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and candidate sourcing techniques.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Ability to identify, engage, and screen quality candidates.
A proactive attitude with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
