Role Description The Operations Director will oversee day-to-day operational performance, ensuring that processes, workflows, and systems align with business goals and industry requirements. This part-time, remote role includes monitoring key operational metrics, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing resource allocation to support safe and efficient offshore activities. The individual will review operational reports, identify areas for improvement, and lead the implementation of streamlined procedures and best practices. The Operations Director will also support project planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication, providing strategic guidance to leadership while maintaining strong operational governance.

Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan initiatives, manage timelines, coordinate resources, and track outcomes.
Experience in energy, industrial, or complex operational environments is beneficial.
Demonstrated leadership experience, including influencing without direct authority, is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency with digital productivity tools, remote collaboration platforms, and basic data analysis software.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain high professional standards.
