Want to join the adventure? As a Product Manager, you will:
Connect with customers through focus groups, interviews, and site visits to understand their needs and challenges, and use this info to shape product decisions.
Work closely with designers to test and improve designs.
Ensure our products are easy to use and deliver the results customers need.
Analyze feedback, run experiments, and use data to prioritize the most important features that support business goals and customer needs.
Write clear development briefs and give feedback to developers to keep everything on track.
Help manage the product release process, making sure everything runs smoothly from testing to launch and meets quality standards.
Provide internal teams (sales, customer success, implementation) with product knowledge, training, and documentation.
Keep development workflows organized using tools like JIRA.
Assist with tough customer issues by providing 3rd-line support and working with consultants and customer success teams on challenging projects.
